Impotence/ Erectile Dysfunction:

Premature Ejaculation / Early Ejaculation:
Ejaculation taking place early during Intercourse or even before penetration.

Delayed Ejaculation:

Low Libido:
Erection may be normal but there is no desire towards sex and/or erection may be decreased.

Females
Vaginismus:
Contraction of vaginal walls during sexual intercourse and thus making penetration impossible.

Causes of this condition may include.

• Vaginal penetration phobia (fear)
• Marital dysharmony
• Previous dysharmony
• Previous psychological trauma
• Painful intercourse or poor technique (More common in lower socio economic group)

Anorgasmia:
Women not having orgasm due to fear or lack of pleasure.

Libido:
Decreased desire for sex.



Peyronie's Disease:
Penile bend towards right, left, above or downwards or from centre or base.
Treatment depends upon its time of occurrence and any specific factors behind the problem like plaques in the shaft.

Penile Size:
The penile length should be at least four inches on erection for proper sexual intercourse. It can be improved with certain medicines up to a certain limit. Then there are surgical procedures which can increase the length and girth of the penis.
It is cautioned that one should not be misguided by the penile enhancement advertisements.
Treatment of all these condition is possible with the help of psychotherapy, proper knowledge and medicines.
