Treatment, explained before it's decided

Treatment is one option, not the default. When it's appropriate, we explain what's involved and the realistic chances — clearly, and never under pressure.

Treatment is discussed only when it's medically appropriate for your situation — never rushed, and never as a first resort. Below is what we can help plan and coordinate, with the benefits and limits of each laid out honestly.

IVF & ICSI, with PGT (incl. gender selection)

IVF and ICSI bring egg and sperm together in the laboratory; preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) can screen embryos before transfer. Where permitted and appropriate, PGT can also identify embryo sex. We explain the process and realistic chances honestly — it's discussed only when it fits your situation.

This may be relevant if

  • Previous treatments such as IUI have not been successful
  • Sperm-related factors make natural conception unlikely
  • Blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, or significant ovulation problems
  • A known genetic condition you'd like to understand before pregnancy

What to expect

  • A clear explanation of IVF, ICSI and PGT — what each does and doesn't do
  • An honest discussion of success rates for your age and circumstances
  • Transparent information on what's involved, including time and cost, before you decide
  • Coordination with trusted laboratories and fertility centres for the treatment itself

IUI, with or without gender selection

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) places prepared sperm directly into the uterus around ovulation — a simpler, less invasive option than IVF for suitable couples. Where lawful and appropriate, sex selection may be discussed; it is never presented as routine.

This may be relevant if

  • Mild male-factor concerns, or unexplained difficulty conceiving
  • Ovulation can be predicted or supported with medication
  • At least one healthy, open fallopian tube
  • You'd prefer a less invasive option before considering IVF

What to expect

  • Assessment of whether IUI is medically suitable for you
  • Cycle monitoring and careful timing around ovulation
  • A straightforward explanation of the steps and realistic expectations
  • Clear guidance on when IVF might be the better path instead

Fertility Preservation (egg & sperm freezing)

Freezing eggs or sperm preserves future options — whether for medical reasons or personal timing. We explain what preservation can and cannot promise, clearly and without pressure.

This may be relevant if

  • You're facing medical treatment that may affect fertility
  • You'd like to preserve options while you're not yet ready to conceive
  • Declining sperm parameters where storage may be sensible
  • You simply want to understand the option clearly

What to expect

  • An honest conversation about what freezing does and doesn't guarantee
  • The assessments involved before storage
  • Transparent information on process, timeframes and cost
  • Coordination with accredited laboratories for storage

We recommend treatment only when it's the right step for you — and we'll say so plainly when it isn't.
